I help women—especially mothers—calm their nervous systems, rewire stress patterns, and respond instead of react.
My work blends neuroscience, breathwork, and DBT-informed coaching to help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and steady in the moments that matter most.
This work is personal to me—because I’ve lived what so many women are carrying quietly.
My Story
Before I understood the nervous system, I understood pressure.
I grew up sensitive, driven, and deeply attuned to the world around me. I learned early how to perform, achieve, and adapt—how to be “strong” and capable, even when things felt uncertain underneath.
As a young woman, I moved through many identities: creative, athlete, partner, mother. From the outside, life looked full and functioning. On the inside, I often felt overstimulated, emotionally stretched, and responsible for holding everything together.
Motherhood intensified that feeling.
Like many women, I loved my children fiercely—and still felt overwhelmed, reactive at times, and confused by how easily stress hijacked my patience and presence. I didn’t need more parenting advice. I needed my nervous system to stop living in survival mode.
That search led me to neuroscience, breathwork, and regulation-based coaching—not as concepts, but as lifelines.
The Shift
What changed everything was learning this:
Nothing was wrong with me.
My reactions weren’t flaws.
My exhaustion wasn’t weakness.
My sensitivity wasn’t something to fix.
My nervous system was doing exactly what it had learned to do to keep me safe.
When I began working with my brain and body instead of fighting them, something softened. My responses changed. My parenting shifted. My inner world became quieter and more spacious.
And I knew this was work I needed to share.
What I Do Now
Through Breathe & Rewire™, I help women and parents understand what’s happening beneath their reactions—and how to change it gently and sustainably.
My approach integrates:
- Neuroscience (how stress and emotional patterns are wired)
- Breathwork (the fastest way to calm the nervous system)
- DBT-informed tools for emotional regulation and distress tolerance
- Coaching practices that support real life, not perfection
This is not about controlling emotions.
It’s about creating enough internal safety to choose differently.
