We love deeply, we care endlessly, we show up for everyone… yet inside, our nervous system is exhausted.
This is where Breathe & Rewire was born.
It began with a simple realization:
There is nothing wrong with you.
There is something happening in your brain - and you can learn to work with it.
The Turning Point
Like so many moms and women, I hit a season where stress felt constant and my reactions felt out of my control. I wanted clarity, calm, and a way back to myself - not as a “perfect mom,” but as a regulated, connected, grounded human.
With background in Holistic nutrition, Yoga teacher, breath work and meditation, I even studied Psychology in university .
It was a shift for me when I began studying coaching, the neuroscience of emotions, DBT, and the mind-body connection. Everything made sense to me.
My home shifted.
My relationship shifted.
My parenting shifted.
I shifted.
I realized that emotional regulation is not about willpower — it’s about understanding the brain and learning to gently retrain it.
And I knew other women, moms, teens, and children needed this too.
